I\'ve spent 25 years watching technology strategy succeed — and watching it quietly fail. Investment banking, insurance, enterprise cyber — Goldman Sachs, Citadel, Aon, LevelBlue. Different industries, different stakes, same recurring pattern: the technology was rarely the problem. What I actually do is build and secure the organizations that depend on getting this right. Global technology functions, high-performing teams in genuinely ambiguous environments, transformation programs that deliver past the launch announcement. Right now I\'m focused on where executives are losing sleep: AI risk governance, shadow AI, cyber resilience. Not the compliance checkbox version. The version where you actually know what\'s running in your environment and what it\'s doing.
