Head of Consulting, focused on driving growth for the business and our clients through building out repeatable, billable consulting services that result in ongoing engagements. Responsibilities include: • Developing the global service definition and roll out, working with the wider Astound teams to build out a holistic service offering (both billable and value add) from digital marketing through to technical delivery that provide clients with strategic, data lead and ROI focused recommendations that convert into recurring billable work and helps to broaden Astound’s service offering across the client base • Working with the Business Development and Sales teams to fully utilise consulting to identify and convert new client sales opportunities along with helping to assess and shape our approach (what’s converting and what needs more development) and making sure our proposals align with our goals of broadening our service offering along with being commercially sound (balancing the sales value vs. customer budgets and our target margin) • Working with Client Success to integrate consulting services into their toolkit to increase client satisfaction, identify new opportunities and grow revenue with those clients through increasing their pipeline of work and the addition of new services • Putting in place success measures for consulting and how the business attributes the value of consulting where it has helped convert sales leads plus its ongoing value through supporting Client Success • Management of the UK and North American consulting teams. This covers all aspects of team management from setting and monitoring quarterly personal development objectives to weekly oversight of project escalations, pipeline visibility and resource allocation
