I began my 20-year advertising career as an Account Executive. This role was a fantastic entry into the world of recruitment advertising and marketing, and I progressed into senior levels of responsibility.I held twelve different roles along the way, from Project Manager to VP of Global Digital Client Strategy. In this role, I was responsible for developing and sustaining key client relationships as well as helping customers evolve and diversify their recruitment strategy. My focus was maintaining client satisfaction and retention, as well as upholding the morale and energy of our support teams.I recently joined Shaker Recruitment Marketing as the vanguard of its burgeoning West Coast presence.
