Torrance, CA, US

I have hands-on experience conducting analytical testing and validation of raw materials, intermediates, and API actives in a regulated laboratory environment. My work includes routine and complex analyses utilizing advanced instrumentation such as HPLC/UHPLC, FT-IR, UV-Vis, mass spectrometry, titration systems, and LabX-integrated platforms, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance throughout each stage of material qualification.I am involved in method development, optimization, and troubleshooting, supporting efficient workflows and robust analytical outputs. My testing scope includes identity confirmation, purity profiling, assay quantification, appearance evaluation, and impurity detection—all aligned with regulatory expectations and internal quality standards.I operate under GMP and FDA-aligned laboratory practices, including proper documentation, deviation tracking, data integrity, equipment calibration, instrument verification, and audit-ready record keeping. I have working knowledge of LIMS, SAP, and electronic data workflows, allowing for seamless sample tracking, COA generation, and cross-department communication.

ABOUT MOLY JAVADI

I hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Isfahan, where I focused on the design and development of transition metal catalysts—pushing the boundaries of inorganic and organic synthesis mixed with catalysis. During a competitive sabbatical at the University of Minnesota, I had the distinct honor of working alongside renowned chemist Professor Lawrence Que Jr, investigating the catalytic and mechanistic behavior of iron non-heme complexes in alkene oxidation—research at the forefront of bioinorganic chemistry. My career bridges both academia and industry, with deep, hands-on experience in a wide range of analytical and synthetic techniques, including catalysis, synthesis, crystallography, NMR, EPR, GC-MS, HPLC, UHPLC and LC-MS/MS. I have contributed to product innovation and quality control in the cosmetics sector as an analytical HPLC and QC chemist, and have conducted high-precision pesticide residue testing critical to public health and safety. I also have experience in method development and validation, including specialized work in kratom testing. Currently, I serve as a Scientist II, where I focus on API testing and raw material release, working extensively with systems such as SAP and LIMS to ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficient laboratory operations.Beyond the lab, I’ve leveraged my strong communication skills as an English teacher and editor, enabling me to translate complex scientific ideas into accessible knowledge for students and professionals alike. This unique blend of technical acumen and communication expertise makes me a versatile scientist, educator, and problem-solver.Driven, collaborative, and relentlessly curious, I thrive in dynamic environments where science meets real-world impact.
