With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have built a career rooted in service, leadership, and a deep commitment to helping others. I began my journey as a Radiology Assistant and worked in phlebotomy, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, and Respiratory Therapy. These experiences have shaped my understanding of healthcare across multiple specialties, including critical care, pediatrics, long-term care, and cardiac services.Today, I am honored to work at LifeShare Network of Oklahoma in the field of organ and tissue donation. This is more than a job to me. It is a calling. I am extremely proud and passionate about this work and feel incredibly grateful to be immersed in something so meaningful. Supporting donor families and working to save lives through donation is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.I earned my Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University, fulfilling a dream I had for many years. I am proud to represent the Red Raider spirit in my professional life and apply what I learned every day in support of our mission and values.My greatest source of strength is my family. My wife Cindy is my world, and everything I do revolves around her. Together we are raising three amazing children, Maddox, River, and Olive, who bring kindness, joy, and love into everything they do. They are my inspiration and remind me daily of what truly matters.I am someone who leads with empathy, works hard to solve problems, and looks for ways to inspire hope and create positive change. Whether I am supporting a family in crisis, collaborating with clinical partners, or building stronger systems, I do so with purpose, compassion, and gratitude.
