   I am responsible for executing and contributing to the development of our diversity strategy. Partnering with employees at all levels including C-level executives and working across multiple corporate functions, our various business units, client accounts teams, and external partners, I strive to ensure diversity and inclusion are embedded into what we do within our organization and how we present ourselves as a brand when attracting talent and business. Our small team functions as a center of expertise, under Talent Management, supporting 30+ U.S. corporate offices, and more than employees across the Americas. We focus on the areas of development, retention, growth, and connections. I establish, define, and monitor metrics to evaluate our traction towards our strategic goals and ensure any diversity and inclusions projects, plans, and initiatives developed throughout the year align with overall strategy and the business plans. In a consultancy, lead role, I provide guidance, share best practices, and develop training on diversity related topics that impact our current and future employees. I drive our employee resource groups planning efforts from a national perspective. For our members, I work to ensure the efforts, programming, and plans service the identified needs of our employees while aligning with the business directives of our organization. In effort to centralize our efforts and maximize our resources, I develop processes and procedures around our ERG efforts to ensure our seven ERGs and their chapters operate with an in sync, streamlined approach where possible. As a subject matter expert, I write and develop presentations, talking points, content, and marketing materials related to our diversity efforts. I primarily serve as the point of contact for our external diversity partnerships and represent our organization on diversity-related topics at conferences, professional association, community events, and business meetings.
