Since I have acted as an Expert Advisor appointed by the European Commission.During this time, I have been part of Programme Monitoring Panels, attended several Project Proposal Evaluation Sessions in Brussels, Chaired Consensus, Panel and Ranking Meetings and continue to act as an Independent Project Evaluator and Monitor for the current Horizon 2020 RTD Programme with emphasis on Transport and IT related calls.
