Sales is a unique blend of science and artistry. Many companies have never studied, developed and implemented an effective and complete sales process. I began my career in sales over 30 years ago in a call center selling extended warrantees for new appliances. I worked in many industries and types of sales, including call centers, door to door, retail, business to consumer and to business. In the last three decades I have been an awardwinning sales rep, manager and executive as well as owned several very successful small businesses.I have been fortunate and ambitious enough to have earned millions of dollars in commissions and contracts. I truly believe my biggest strength was my desire and ability to learn from training, role models and coaching. In turn, as I began to train and develop sales teams, I discovered what the fundamentals were for creating and evaluating processes in order to help others to reach levels of excellence. Throughout my career, I have worked with and trained thousands of sales professionals. Many that I worked with years ago still use this information to guide their business. It’s a universal truth that we need to constantly evaluate and improve, not only to get better, but to even maintain our current levels. It is my mission to inspire and develop a new generation of professional, whose focus is to transform in order to be different and better. The result of this effort will change lives and legacies.
