   In response to the escalating global energy crisis, many nations are prioritizing Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) technologies to optimize production from mature oil fields. Among the various EOR methods, Chemical EOR, particularly polymer flooding, has emerged as a key technique due to its effectiveness in mobilizing residual oil.Polymer flooding involves injecting a viscous polymer solution commonly polyacrylamide into the reservoir through designated injector wells. These polymer slugs are prepared at specific concentrations tailored to the characteristics of the target reservoir zone. Often used in conjunction with surfactants, these chemical agents significantly enhance oil displacement efficiency and reduction in water cut in production wells.Project Management & Operational Responsibilities:In addition to technical execution, successful EOR implementation requires robust project oversight and cross-functional coordination. Key responsibilities include:• Monitoring project performance with respect to timelines, budget adherence, and quality assurance, and implementing corrective actions to meet internal KPIs.• Maintaining effective communication with clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.• Acting as the primary liaison between engineering and other departments to streamline workflow and ensure project cohesion.• Managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring proper prioritization, resource allocation, and deadline adherence.• Presenting process improvement opportunities and project updates to senior management for strategic decision-making.• Reviewing project specifications, including material selection, equipment sizing, and technical documentation, to ensure accuracy and feasibility.• Submitting monthly progress reports to the client and the management report to the senior management to maintain transparency and accountability.
