Principal water resources engineer responsible for project development and execution in the areas of water resources. Recent focus has been hydraulic engineering and modeling services in support of design of water, wastewater, flood control, navigation, and energy facilities including hydro-power. Overall objectives have been to provide value added design solutions to infrastructure projects to evaluate performance before construction or upgrade, improve performance reliability, reduce operation and maintenance costs, compliance with design and regulatory requirements, and reduce life cycle costs of infrastructure design, construction, upgrade, operations, and maintenance. Uses a wide range of 1-D, 2-D, and 3-D hydrodynamic and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and hydraulic transients (surge) models as a tool to simulate flow, water quality parameters, and pressure or forces on hydraulic structures and natural environment.
