As a skilled developer, I have built several innovative systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our newsletters and other online communications. One of my key contributions was the development of a reporting service for our newsletters that allows customer service reps and sales people to easily pull detailed reports on clicks and opens for customer newsletters. I also built a scheduling system to handle the day-to-day scheduling of over 40 newsletters.In terms of technical expertise, I have extensive experience with a variety of tools and technologies, including WordPress, HTML, PHP, CSS, MySQL, JSON, various APIs, Sphinx Search, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Specifically, I have worked with AWS services such as Personalize, Textract, SQS, S3, EC2, RDS, and Amazon Linux, as well as Ubuntu and RedHat/Fedora. Additionally, I am proficient in Linux, bash scripting, SSH, TLS, Apache, Nginx, and memcache.Another significant achievement was the creation of a system to seamlessly connect the On24 webinar system to our newsletter system, allowing for easy import of registrations into the email newsletter system. Additionally, I built a system to run our magazine postal circulation system, which connects to the USPS ACS system to get any address updates and remove bad addresses from the database.Furthermore, I have developed several WordPress plugins using PHP to interact with Soundcloud and automatically retrieve the latest magazine podcasts. I also worked with a team to build a corporate-wide syndication system to automatically syndicate content from one site to another. Additionally, I managed contractors to build websites, post content, and manage online communities of engineers.Lastly, I built an API connection to Google Ad Manager to automatically create Google ad tag codes for over 40 websites and pull reports from Google Ad Manager.
