Most of his work is at the intersection of policy, technology, and society. He has worked across a range of areas, including digital governance, digital public infrastructure, public finance, financial services, state capacity, innovation, south-south cooperation, livelihoods, nutrition, health, social protection, agriculture, climate change, energy, urban and rural development. He has worked across continents, including Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, and Australia. He has been a member of several national and international committees and forums tasked with defining policies, programs, standards, and solutions for the future. He is a recognized thought leader and a regular speaker at industry events and academic institutions.
