As a Global Technical Project Manager I am managing strategic projects for NAM and China regions under the umbrella of MDG S4 Convergence Program. In my previous roles, As the Delivery Manager in Data & Performance Platforms and Shared Services at Schneider Electric, I lead the end to end delivery of Data Intelligence Portal and Data Quality Portal capabilities in the Data Governance Shared Services Organization. With over seven years of experience in data excellence, data governance, and data analytics, I am passionate about implementing and deploying the best industry practices and processes for data-driven decision making and innovation across the organization. I have successfully digitized and optimized the supply chain and procurement processes and tools, using agile methodologies and change management strategies. I have also developed and delivered quality and labeling solutions for plant and warehouse operations, and trained and enabled suppliers and plant users on various platforms and tools.
