   Part of a high visibility Consent Order remediation program within the firm, focused on strengthening data governance, reporting accuracy and end-to-end data controls impacting several Federal Reserve regulatory filings.In this role, I lead the onboarding and integration of Securities Financing Transactions (SFTs)—such as Repos, Securities lending, and Margin lending—from multiple Front Office trade capture systems into the firm’s authorized data redistribution platform for Risk and Finance consumption. When onboarding this data to the platform, my responsibilities include ensuring robust data governance and control frameworks are in place, like reconciliations, EOD indicators, and data-quality rules that support accurate and timely regulatory submissions.My role spans Project and Delivery management working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive smooth, end-to-end onboarding and delivery. I operate in a hybrid capacity as both a Project Manager and a Data Analyst, managing timelines and dependencies while also performing detailed data analysis to validate completeness, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards.
