ABOUT MITTHUA SARKAR-BANKS
Experienced in managing human resources and talent placement with a focus on HR strategy development, service delivery and culture initiatives. I have worked within the not-for-profit sector for the past 17 years. Before that, I worked as a paralegal for provincial, national and international firms in Calgary and Vancouver.I am past-chair of Step by Step Early Intervention Society, a center for children with developmental delays. During my tenure of 5 years, we established critical infrastructure that assisted in the organization\'s expansion, and implemented new senior leadership. I am very proud to have been a part of such an inspiring organization.I hold a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Calgary, and a Paralegal Diploma. I am currently working toward my CPHR designation.
