Data encryption. • Initiated Wealth and Investment Management to improve client and team member servicing capabilities by decreasing outage severity, increasing application up-time, and systematic responding to process disruption. • Identified key risks/issues, raised attention of Sr. leadership, devised plan of mitigation, and tracked/report on progress by delivery framework and roadmap. • Leveraged industry/market knowledge to drive common solutions/executing efficiencies across initiatives, centralize prioritization/issue management, and program integration with broader technology capabilities.
