Hi, I’m Sachin.I currently work at RDash (YC W22) as a Growth Operations Manager, where I focus on revenue generation. My work spans performance marketing, outbound initiatives, and automation across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, helping us improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and scale efficiently.Before RDash, I was at IIT Roorkee, where I balanced academics with impact-driven work. As Chapter Co-Head of CRY IITR, I led 90+ volunteers in initiatives that gave underprivileged children access to education and opportunities. That experience taught me that real impact is often about creating value for one child, one user, or one opportunity at a time. I love problem-solving and improving products. Breaking down apps, analyzing user journeys, and running product teardowns (like Ola and WhatsApp Pay) has helped me sharpen my thinking around growth, GTM strategies, and retention. Some of these breakdowns have reached over curious minds on LinkedIn. Along the way, I’ve participated in product competitions, case studies, and research challenges, with highlights including 1st place at Enact-a-thon and a top 10 finish in PM School’s Google Calendar challenge.
