JP Morgan is a leading financial services firm with operations in commercial banking,asset management and other financial transaction processing. Within this Global financial services firm I am part of Financial Accounting and Infrastructure Reporting(FAIR) department as a financial controller of CB business and also asset class controller for loans and deposits business understanding the impact on financials. My work is very cross-functional where I have to coordinate with various operations team which is involved in actual booking of deals,technology team which is involved in resolution of technical issues in-between different product systems and also financial controllers of other line of businesses like CIB,AWM etc. My strategy and focus while working is to find out the root cause of an issue and get it strategically fixed. Also I am involved in automation of various manual reports through Alteryx as a tool as I believe the more we automate, the more time we get to analyse the reports on which we have to work upon and the more likely we enjoy our job. I have qualified Chartered Accountancy in February 2021 (First Attempt). While doing my Articleship in CA firm, I was given a project by my senior where I prepared a report by using advance excel formulas to calculate relief u/s 89 of IT Act of govt employees of ITPO which made me aware of my capabilities and skills and gave me a zeal to learn and upskill more. Skills: Strong Interpersonal skills, Good communication and convincing skills,Good analytical skills, Attention to details. Alteryx Green Belt certified in JPMC. Awards: Rank 17 in National Interactive Maths Olympiad, Rank 13 in BSE International Finance Olympiad, Certificate of Appreciation by HRD Minister Smriti Irani (95+ class 12)
