Performs project management activities within a program team-Collaborates and communicates across multiple teams and functions within the organization-Collect demand, manage multiple purchase orders, and keep an accurate record of current spend-Ensure purchases are to build plan specifications, conduct material and sample planning-Document sample quantities and collaborate with external suppliers, team members, and technical leads-Request quotes for equipment, track equipment orders, and invoices-Redesign, then maintain centralized information sites of hardware specs and latest firmware versions-Drive initiatives to accommodate component testing by system integrators and other engineering groups-Manage and distribute confidential documentation and firmware binaries to technical leads.
