In charge of planning events for our AMER West region - Palo Alto, Seattle WA. • Plan and execute AMER,EMEA, LATAM Futureforce internship including - onboarding, lunch & learns, social events, and team building activities. • Perform overall management throughout event life cycle: venue sourcing, registration website creation, event logistics, decor, F&B, transportation, and development of creative concepts. • Work in partnership with internal Salesforce teams to execute org specific track events - Research, Slack, Tableau groups. • Establish strong relationships with outside vendors in order to fulfill event needs. • Budget lead for all programs within Futureforce. • In charge of building AI Residency Program for our alum Futureforce Research hires. • Oversee applicable contracts, payment schedules, and budgets • Coordinate content creation to engage employees and external stakeholders around key events
