About Mitra Joshi

It has been a professional journey of more than 17 years. I am currently leading Internal Communications in an IT-BPM firm. I handle all content-related requirements for Internal Communications in the organization. I specialize in Content Development for client-specific requirements and campaigns, news, public relations, and digital ideas. Earlier in Public Relations, I was involved in client servicing, corporate affairs, team management, extensive content writing, and media relations. I was also a journalist for more than eight and a half years. As a financial journalist, I got an opportunity to work for a business news channel and a business newspaper. I have also contributed and edited articles for finance magazines. Have worked for a media & marketing portal and a general news channel too. Also, started my social media venture (Two Hootz) that wrapped up in two years. Early in my career, I worked as a guest faculty in different colleges teaching English Literature and Communications. I have also contributed to research papers during the same tenure.
