ABOUT MITKO IVANOV
Finance professional with experience structuring asset-based and cashflow-based financing solutions for transactions ranging from $10 million up to $10 billion in enterprise value. Transaction types include traditional working capital & capex financing for organic growth, tuck-in acquisitions, management buyouts, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, and take-private transactions for public companies. Former varsity swimmer at Simon Fraser university who represented Canada at the 2012 Junior Pan-Pacific games in Hawaii. After retiring from swimming in 2015, I found a love for rock climbing and mountaineering. In March 2019 I successfully trekked to the Mount Everest Base Camp in Nepal.
