About Miti Shah

I am a behavioral scientist with over 7 years of experience in behavioral research using quantitative and qualitative methods. I have lead and collaborated on projects with a variety of stakeholders, cross-functionally and internationally, driving projects from start to finish with minimal guidance. Using psychological theories and concepts and rigorous research methods, I have conducted research in the areas of travel behavior, health and wellness, philanthropic giving, social movements, etc. to uncover insights about people\'s attitudes and behaviors and to develop recommendations and solutions for behavior change. In my work, I bring: Expertise in various research methodologies (experiments, surveys, interviews, focus groups, audience segments, etc.) with advanced qualitative (thematic analysis, clustering, etc.) and quantitative analyses (ANOVAs, regression, hierarchical linear modeling, etc.) Understanding of behavioral concepts in clinical, social and general psychology Strong communications and engagement skills through presenting and developing communications for a variety of audiences Experience conducting research in a variety organizations such as academic institutions, nonprofits and foundations, transportation agencies and health and wellness companies.
