Handling of accounts in NCLT/NCLAT- CIRP, PIRP and Resolution proceedings. Attending the hearing and following up with the advocates in NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, CJM, CMM, High Court and Supreme Court. Coordination and taking advise from Law Department at Zonal Office and Head Office.
