About Mithun Rao
Experienced professional with experience in Design, Methods Engineering, Production and Quality. Started off as an Graduate apprentice in Design centre and worked on Communication and navigation systems. Then shifted base to Bangalore to work in Methods Engineering and Production departments dealing with helicopter platforms like Seaking, Dhruv and Ecurueil. Shifted back to Hyderabad to join Quality control department and dealt with inspection and testing of various avionics systems like Airborne RADARs, Engine Control Systems, Starter Systems, Power Control Systems etc. Then joined Incoming inspection department and dealt with inspection of all types of components, materials, cables, SRU, LRUs, Equipment and Machines. Currently working in Quality Assurance department dealing with QMS documentation, Civil and Military Certifications, Self certification based on IAQG AIMM, Audits like AS9100D, NABL, NADCAP, DGCA and Internal Quality Audits, Trainings like QMS training, Civil Certification, Safety Management system and Human Factors training, Quality and Key Performance Indicators, Quality circles etc.
