I am a dedicated Thermal Engineer with a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering and Thermal & Fluid Sciences, complemented by hands-on experience in FEA, CFD, and 1D simulations. My expertise lies in utilizing advanced tools like GT-SUITE, CREO, OpenFOAM, ABAQUS, and HyperMesh to analyze and optimize engine systems, lubrication, filtration, and heat transfer processes.During my internships at Ingersoll Rand and Royal Enfield, I successfully executed design changes, performed durability and performance analyses, and developed simulation models for various engine components. I have a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges, such as analyzing bolt failures, optimizing thermal control valves, and improving structural rigidity in engine systems. My work has consistently involved validating simulations with real-world data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.I am passionate about leveraging my skills in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA), and 3D modeling to drive innovation in thermal and mechanical systems. With a strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, critical thinking, and problem-solving, I thrive in dynamic environments where I can collaborate with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions.My technical skills include proficiency in GT-SUITE, OpenFOAM, ABAQUS, HyperMesh, FESAFE, CREO, Tecplot, and Paraview, as well as expertise in FEA, CFD, modal analysis, fatigue analysis, and durability analysis.
