   As Micro Focus is acquired by Open Text, I do offer my same services in Open Text too!Major Roles and Responsibilities:A) Withholding Tax WHT:1) Handling filing of WHT returns with respect to Philippines, Mexico, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia & Italy and as a reviewer, I am reviewing TDS returns of India & WHT of Singapore.2) Along with filing of the returns, payment of withholding tax too is completely handled wrt Philippines through the Income Tax Portal of respective countries except Mexico.3) Reconciliations of the same is handled and the netting off entries are posted to clear the balances in the General LedgerB) Purchase Order:1) Raising purchase orders with respect to the tax services obtained from the 3rd party vendors and all professional services from Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).2) Upon raising the POs, processing the payments by working with the Accounts Payable team for the invoices generated by the vendors.3) Loading the Goods Receipt (Item Receipt) before approving the invoice payment.C) Value Added Tax and Goods & Service Tax (GST):1) Handling the filing of VAT returns of Luxembourg and Finland.2) Taking care of India GST returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 2A and GSTR 3B).3) Responsible for filing of GST/HST/QST/PST returns for Canada entity.4) Performing reconciliations for the above-mentioned VAT and GST entities!D) Corporate Income Tax:1) Took over the processing of Quarterly CIT compliance from the controllership team for Philippines from February 2021.2) Along with filing, payments too are taken care via Income tax portal.3) Apart from Philippines CIT compliance, I take care of payment process only with respect to Denmark, China, Finland, Ireland, Malaysia, Norway and Sweden as filing of returns are not applicable for these countries.
