I have a Master\'s degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma University, India. I am currently working as an Industrial Engineer at XLC Services, where I facilitate engineering support to ensure efficient operations of production lines across different departments. My core competencies include manufacturing engineering, quality management, and Microsoft Excel macros.In my current role, I have developed remote tracking and monitoring systems for warehouse inventory, optimized manpower requirements across customization lines, and created one point lessons to ensure a safe and ergonomic environment for workers. I have also developed a staff scheduling algorithm that helps manage daily staffing. I have contributed to cost improvement and saving solutions in the production process and generated automated analytical reports for records.
