About Mithilesh Gawali
With about 7 years of construction experience, predominantly working in the BIM/VDC roles, I have a keen interest in MEPF trades and coordination/installation of all systems. I have helped GCs with extensive BIM coordination on their projects as well as helped trade partners model Electrical/Technology systems. While most of my work has been in the mission critical sector building Data Centers, I have also helped build stadiums, airports, manufacturing facilities, research facilities, and healthcare facilities. I have a Master of Science in Civil Engineering - Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I gained extensive knowledge and skills in project management, construction engineering, and BIM applications. I also hold multiple certifications, such as Revit MEP: Electrical Certified Professional, LEED Green Associate, and CPR/AED. I am passionate about leveraging BIM technology to improve the design, construction, and operation of sustainable and resilient buildings.
