About Mithilesh Srihari Bollini
I am a certified PMP with over 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse and Retail operations. Being an Industrial engineer, my biggest strength is being able to make existing processes better by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency. I describe myself as dedicated, hardworking, inquisitive and an ardent problem solver with passion for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Distribution Strategies.My coursework at Columbia helped me gain the quintessential data analytics skillset and the ability to make meaningful decisions using it. I also completed my MITx Micromasters degree in Supply Chain Management which gave me an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals and design of supply chain and distribution strategies. Having worked as a production engineer at Saint Gobain, I gained exposure to different production functions like planning, quality, maintenance, warehouse, inventory management and logistics. I worked on multiple Lean Manufacturing projects with emphasis on Operational Excellence. Currently I work as an Industrial Engineer at FreshDirect with the Operations Planning team with a focus on labor and asset management, and continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing customer service and productivity. My professional experience, so far, taught me how to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and solve complex problems using data. Outside of work, I love hiking and exploring new places. Also, I am a huge Formula 1 fan! Looking to connect with people in the field of Supply Chain and Manufacturing and collaborate in exploring new and exciting opportunities.
