Project : Disease Prediction using Drone Captured Multi-spectral images-• Objective: Generated Orthomosaic images from multi-spectral drone-captured data to generate NDRE (Normalized Difference Red Edge Index).• Process: An orthomosaic is generated using ODM, NDRE values were derived from it, and the results were validated against ground-truth measurements.• Tools & Techniques: Open-drone-Mapping for stitching Tif format images, Polars, Python, AWS.Project: Forecasting Moisture Sensor Readings-• Objective: Designed and implemented an an LSTM model to forecast weekly moisture sensor values based on historical data trends. • Process: Built and containerized two Docker images: one for model training and another for predictions. Managed deployment on AWS with ECS, task definitions, and scheduled prediction jobs using cron.• Tools & Techniques: Implemented Amazon ECR for Docker image storage, configured automated email notifications for prediction updates, and utilized AWS ECS for scalable service hosting.
