Receiving and checking deliveries of new stock shipments and check them against the accompanying paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness. This involves verifying quantities, inspecting merchandise for any damage, and reporting discrepancies to the appropriate personnel- Once the deliveries are checked, the unpacking and organizing of the merchandise is done in the stockroom according to ZARA\'s specific guidelines. This may involve sorting items by category, style, size, or any other relevant criteria- Regularly restock the sales floor with merchandise. It involves retrieving items from the stockroom and replenishing the appropriate shelves or racks on the sales floor. In order to ensure that sizes, colors, and styles are accurately represented and well-displayed- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, updating the stock system, performing stock counts, and reporting any discrepancies or stock shortages to management. Also assist in conducting regular stocktakes or audits- Ensuring to keep the stockroom clean, tidy, and well-organized. Also responsible for arranging merchandise in a logical and accessible manner, utilizing proper storage techniques, and ensuring that all areas are free from clutter and obstruction- Closely work with the sales team and management to fulfill their requests for specific items or sizes. Also need to locate and retrieve merchandise for customers or provide assistance during busy periods- Handling customer returns and exchanges, involving in accepting returned items, inspecting their condition, processing the appropriate paperwork, and returning them to the stockroom or sales floor. Also respectively following health and safety guidelines is essential in a stockroom environment.
