My expertise is rooted in real-world building and acceleration- The Intrapreneur: I spent 13 years at Microsoft leading sales and strategy across massive, complex businesses like Azure, HoloLens, and Security. I scaled the Azure business from $100M to over $400M and drove global best practices- The Entrepreneur: I founded and successfully ran an event marketing company, Volv, growing it to $400k in annual revenue before its successful exit- The Host: I am the former host of the \'Pitch Please\' podcast, where I celebrated and learned from Canadian startups and innovators.I leverage this hands-on experience to help clients and teams break career ruts, launch businesses, and master pivots with advice on everything from innovation strategy to defining their fulfillment portfolio. BEYOND THE OFFICE (WHAT FUELS THE WORK)I thrive on bringing people together and am energized by building anything from a new business model to something with my hands. When I\'m not focused on tech, I\'m often outdoors: I love camping, hiking, and exploring. I\'m a serious car enthusiast and love chasing the latest tech innovation.
