Actively involved in preparation of RFP’s for bids for the new projects proposed by TCS in my current project. Responsible and accountable for end-to-end PMO activities like Reporting, WON/SWON allocations, Project resource fulfilment, monitor and track project budget and resource utilization against plan using MS Project. Manage resource allocation, assign roles, responsibilities and provide guidance to the program team on a regular basis. Ensure adherence to customer and TCS quality standards, processes, policies and review project deliverables.
