Most of the time, the problem a client walks in with isn\'t actually the problem. It takes structured questioning, a bit of patience, and enough empathy to understand what they\'re not saying before the real root cause surfaces. That\'s the part I find most interesting about consulting, and honestly, the part I think I\'m best at. For the last 5 years I\'ve been doing exactly that - leading end-to-end business improvement engagements for Fortune 500 clients across industries. Diagnosing what\'s broken, redesigning how things work, and communicating it clearly enough that senior stakeholders actually buy in and drive the change.
