I am responsible for providing leadership in leading definition and implementation of architecture strategy across Finance reporting and Treasury Markets (Global Liquidity management, Funds Transfer Pricing, Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Finance regulatory reporting, Issuance and securitization) Modelled complex business processes, information systems and infrastructure layers using ArchiMate specifications to conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to business. Align IT strategy with business strategy by tailoring TOGAF framework towards highly complex, cross functional projects and process optimization. Member of the Architecture Leadership team deciding on the roadmap of the technology landscape, including on-prem and migration to the cloud for the treasury business. Work in an Agile metholody to breakdown data flows from legacy systems and design similar data products for internal / external reporting using hybrid solutions (on-prem / cloud solutions Spearheaded a pilot project on cloud adoption on GCP in Technology for an old legacy system
