   Manage Supplier Performance Evaluations: Sent comprehensive supplier scorecards to evaluate performance across key metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Parts Per Million (PPM), material shortages, mean delay to requested date, spend, order line counts, 8D reports, and stop ships. • Spot Buy and OBW Reporting: Analyzed Spot Buy reports by filtering Purchase Orders (PO) and Year-to-Date (YTD) months to identify materials not captured in the exceptional list. Additionally, filtered Non-PO data to calculate total extra costs, compared them with the previous year\'s same month, and recorded the Year-to-Date (YTD) impact in the OBW report.• OBW and BW Savings Report Analysis: Analyzed OBW reports by comparing gross impact values from the current and previous month, identifying significant deviations, and implementing corrective actions.
