   My current role involves overseeing the implementation of BMS, CcTV, Access controls, Fire alarm/ Public address systems for the data centre/ commercial buildings, healthcare industries.The primary goal of the project is to improve sustainability and meet specific objectives using precise automation and monitoring. In my capacity, I am responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. My work in this projects involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure that the BMS is designed and implemented to meet the unique needs of the data center industry, while also delivering on the sustainability objectives.Currently leading following project’s representing Schneider1. Micro lifescience - Meril, complete BMS and chiller plant management system for their upcoming medical device facility in Gujrat-India2. L and W - The Fern Project in Mumbai - India. Package includes BMS, CPMS, Access, CCTV, Fire alarm, public address systems for tower 1 and 2.3.
