ABOUT MITCHELL S.

I elevate the performance of leaders, teams and organizations by addressing the rational and emotional elements of leadership and organization dynamics. I serve as thought partner, educator, and facilitator as I help my clients gain insight, align for action and make the right moves at pivotal moments.I have worked with people across the globe. My clients range from very large multinational organizations to hospitals and smaller firms that are challenged by imminent growth. I coach executives who are trying to get their arms around complex issues or who want to be ready for their next career challenge. I create immersive laboratory experiences for small and large groups so that people can share ideas productively, experiment with new ways of approaching challenges and align for action. I strive to provoke thinking and provide useful insights. My career has taken me from teaching in an MBA program to leading a large change management practice in a global professional services firm and then to working directly with clients through Centauric - the world class consultancy I co-founded with my partner Dr. Tina Beranbaum.I hold a doctorate in organizational psychology and post-graduate certification in organizational development, group dynamics and individual coaching. When not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking on the beach near my office and trying to appreciate every moment.
