ABOUT MITCH SENF
As a former professional athlete and artist, I discovered early on the difference between external and self-determination. I have passed on this experience to young people by founding a non-profit organisation called Hero Society. Together with neuroscientist Prof. Gerald Hüther, I co-authored the bestselling book \'Education for future\', in which we outlined what young people need today to discover and develop their unique potential. In education, I discovered fascinating parallels to the world of work and recognised the influence of potential development on society as a whole. This is how flowplace was born in 2021. We are creating a platform that helps organisations find and retain motivated talents. We help create self-organising, productive teams by identifying and effectively unleashing their human potential. With a unique combination of technology and human knowledge, we enable organisations to create fulfilling workplaces based on individual strengths and needs, with the goal of creating resilient and productive teams through the empowerment of human potential.
