WORK HISTORY
Director of Product Management, Consumer @Flink
Berlin, DE
Leading Flink\'s customer-facing product — Discovery, Checkout, Post-Order, and Customer. Core mandate is growth and retention. We\'re transitioning teams toward owning outcomes, not just delivering solutions — that\'s how you raise the baseline sustainably instead of chasing short-term tactics.Inherited teams with low engagement and rebuilt how we work: clearer ownership, faster experimentation, and permission to kill what\'s not working. Team NPS was low when I arrived — now moving in the right direction. I invest in developing individuals — it\'s the slowest lever and the most important one.Staying close to customers through care shifts, reviewing support logs, and direct outreach. On AI: we don\'t have all the answers, but we\'re doing the work. Exploring both foundational models and the products built on top of them — from Claude and GPT to tools like v0 for rapid prototyping. Building repos and starters that kickstart AI workflows for PMs, designers, and analysts. Making it real, not theoretical.

ABOUT MITCH SEGUIN
I\'ve spent the last decade building products, teams, and companies — first as a founder, now leading Consumer product at Flink. What I keep coming back to: the best products come from teams that actually work well together. I\'m hands-on with AI — not because it\'s trendy, but because I think it fundamentally changes how small teams can punch above their weight. I\'ve been building internal tooling that lets PMs and designers do their own analysis, prototyping faster than ever, and trying to figure out what \"agile\" looks like when AI is a real collaborator.I started as a mechanical engineer, and I\'ve never lost the instinct to build. I\'ve transitioned into leadership, but I\'m not afraid to get close to the engineering — I can write the spec and build the prototype. That range matters when you\'re trying to move fast. Before Flink, I co-founded ChefsList (B2B food marketplace) and helped build TribalScale from a small agency into a global product consultancy. I\'ve worked across operations, consumer, and platform.Outside of work: endurance cycling, bikepacking, and slowly improving my German. Berlin\'s home now.
