The first two payment companies Mitch founded were sold to public companies, and OnDeck, which Mitch founded in 2006 and was CEO for its first 7 years, went public at over $1b on the NYSE. Plink, Mitch’s 4th startup, is a transaction personalization platform for payments and digital banking. Plink is now embedded in leading core processing and digital banking platforms serving thousands of community banks and credit unions.Mitch is an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award winner. His companies have twice been named to the Inc. 500, Forbes Most Promising Companies, and Craine\'s Best Places to Work.Mitch serves on the Board of the Association for Enterprise Opportunity, the trade association for nonprofit Community Development Financial Institutions. Mitch was CoChair of the MicroCapital Task Force, a coalition of private-sector leaders advising Treasury and The White House on changes to the financial system for Main Street. Mitch also served on New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s Council on Technology and Innovation.Mitch and his wife, author Samantha Ettus, live with their three children in Los Angeles.
