When I left my stable career in logistics to pursue my dream of working in the music industry, I never expected to end up in ticketing. 8 years and 3 companies later, I couldn\'t have asked for a better landing spot. Throughout my time at Ticketmaster, Ticketfly/Eventbrite, and now Tixr, I have gotten to work with some of the largest event producers in Canada (and now in North America) and play a part in helping improve the customer experience.As an avid event goer, I always put myself in those shoes when looking at ways to best serve my partners and their fans. At the end of the day, the ticketing buying process is the first step towards the best moments in life.
