The construction projects I have either supervised or built on the tools are: Residential, Commercial, Institutional, TI Upgrades, wood and steel frame, tilt ups too. I’ve supervised building envelope, parkades, cladding, contracts, quality assurance, finishing, deficiencies, purchase orders, budgeting, 2 to 3 week schedule look aheads, pre-inspection, permits and everything in between, through to completion. I’m an enthusiastic leader coordinating with the team, consistently maintaining site productivity through excellent communication, steady support and decisive problem solving. A constant theme with me is “SAFETY FIRST”I take it very seriously. My hard working well planned approach to the project sets the work ethic example for all trades. Lastly, I feel it\'s important for everyone to maintain a healthy Work-Life Balance.
