Synthesis of Client needs incorporating electrode design and fabrication, including slurry mixing methods.− Electrode coating equipment specification and sourcing.− Lab, Pilot-Scale, and High-Production Cell Assembly equipment specification, sourcing, vendor discussions, budgeting, project scheduling, and management.− Synthesis of equipment options, pricing, dimensions, lead times.− Participate in Client meetings to convey the possible variants and make recommendations to management on preferred equipment manufacturer, options, and overall techno-commercial value.− Provide Lab and facility equipment layout including 1% RH Dryroom.− Plan Equipment installation including plant services, such as Electrical, Exhaust, compressed air, inert gas supply, etc.− Participate in Equipment Buy-Off after installation and commissioning.− Other related project management tasks.
