We are an empowerment company. In our case, that means changing the landscape of L&D for healthcare facilities management by creating custom training to help support the folks who work behind the scenes to keep our hospitals up and running. We really do care, and hold ourselves to a high standard. We strive to meet our clients where they\'re at and will work with any budget. We even hand over all courses to the client after creating them. Yep! That\'s right. We \"sign over the property rights.\" Education today. Empowerment Forever. Legacy FM.I don\'t have all the answers, but I strive each day to better myself.My professional background includes eclectic experiences in the healthcare, guest/customer service, linguistics, and other fields.I have always struggled with my ability to focus and learn. Creating engaging, user-centered experiences, for me, carries one profound WHY: to help people, especially like me, to become better versions of themselves.I\'m particularly fond of storytelling and scenario-based training. Software experience includes Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Audition, and other tools like Camtasia and SnagIt.I have a sound theoretical background (ADDIE, theories of ID, etc.) but am much more interested in putting that to good use in the real world. I prefer to work from a more AGILE perspective, using design thinking principles to ensure that all experiences are designed with the learner in mind.Additionally, I have experience with HTML and CSS.
