Program Manager, Education for Social Impact @Google

The Education for Social Impact organization works to expand access to computing education for groups traditionally underrepresented in the tech industry. The organization operates a variety of global programs that provide resources for educators, develop certificate programs for high-growth fields, empower learners directly, and more. In his current position, Mitch works cross-functionally in the organization to build alignment in measurement and evaluation practices across the team. His work is critically important to making clear the impact of the organization through a data-driven impact narrative. In this role, Mitch focuses on: • Cross team change management to transition to better tooling and infrastructure. • Stakeholder management to build support from organization leadership and across teams. • Developing collaborations to build a strong culture around measurement and evaluation.
