ABOUT MITCHELL KELCHEN

As a member of the Shive-Hattery Project Delivery corporate shared resource group we develop, maintain, and document our project management and design technology systems used throughout our offices.Working with me you find I enjoy working with new and emerging technologies to determine how they can be utilized within Shive-Hattery. I enjoy developing and providing convenient and useful training and documentation materials that will motivate employees to utilize new technology or processes into their daily work.My responsibilities as a part of Shive-Hattery Project Delivery- Work as a team member of or lead corporate projects. Support the project delivery team with the completion of corporate projects- Provide written and digital documentation for our project management systems, company standards, and project management/delivery tools used for training employees- Manage and maintain our corporate templates and forms for project and internal use- Provide configuration, documentation, and employee training for Newforma, the project information management software, we use for project documentation and communication- Provide employee technical support for Newforma, Deltek Vision, CoSign, and our Project Management system and tools- Lead the specification management team which manages the company master specifications.Specialties- Project Management - Construction Administration - Specifications - Project documentation - Development of training programs, materials and documentation - Delivering training
