Currently, I spend my days creating Complex Learning Decks and Leading Live training\'s for my Global Dubbing CSR Account Managers & Account Coordinators. I play a substantial role in workflow operations. More specifically the planning of new software and processes. By constantly monitoring the learning needs of our dubbing CSR’s as well as our stakeholders, our training team was able to create a successful five-day training program for the Amazon Localization Team at Deluxe Entertainment. Deluxe\'s metrics have shown great success both internally & externally. Our stakeholders have praised our efforts & are looking to duplicate it. Our training methods are being repurposed and applied throughout the entire global deluxe family hoping to garner the same results our Amazon team has shown. Externally, our client facing metric is quantified through our declining number of client rejections & redeliveries of our audio. Through our internal metric, we saw a drastic increase in employee retention & our team\'s ability to learn new skills & keep up with our revolving processes and softwares. Encouraging our team to feel empowered to be intelligent decision makers and productive account managers.
