ABOUT MITCHELL LIDAY
If you focus first on cultivating and nourishing relationships, then the revenue will follow. Starting out in event marketing, I learned about project management, how to manage event expenses to deliver on-time and under-budget, to be excruciatingly detail-oriented, and how to coordinate staff, vendors, sponsors, government contacts, and stakeholders so that the culmination was a profitable and successful event execution. In event production, deploying resources efficiently can significantly impact the company bottom line. From sales, business development and experiential marketing, I learned to match customers and stakeholder interests with a company’s mission. Making sales is vital to the health of the company, but finding the right fit between client needs and the products/solutions the company can provide is a long-term strategy for continued success. From the non-profit world, I learned about the value of donor-centric fundraising, helping connect funder’s passion with work that supports the mission of the organization, and the direct impact that their support can make. As an employee of BradyIFS, I relish the opportunity to be a part of the growth and evolution into a national distribution company, with management that truly values being best-in-class. I have helped raise millions of dollars for the companies I represented, and in all of these experiences, though the primary goal was always to drive value and outcomes for customers and the company, relationship-building was the key to all of these experiences. Passions: Sales, Business Development, Relationship Development and Management, Networking, Latino Event Marketing, Project and Budget Management, Leadership Modeling, and smoking meat.
